We are open to send samples for the purpose of quality evaluation. It will be free of cost in case of limited quantities.

QUOTATIONS

We like to quote upon receipt of inquiries. After that, the quoted prices can be fixed for each item from time to time. Our quotations are without any obligation. All the agreements are acceptable in writing. Our offered prices are generally on ex-factory basis.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We send Proforma invoice to our valued customers after receipt of confirmed purchase order. Our Proforma invoice includes all the terms and conditions such as stamping/marking, packing, type of finish, our bank details, payment terms and lead time for the final confirmation by our valued customers.

PROFORMA INVOICE/ORDER CONFIRMATION

To avoid any inconvenience, exact details and specifications are required for the items to be ordered. We prefer our catalogues while selection of items to be ordered. In other case, our valued customers are open to send pictures from any catalogue along with codes on the purchase order. Drawings and master samples are also accepted by us.

PAYMENT TERMS


100% Advance Payment before starting production of goods after final confirma­tion of order.
50% Advance Payment after final confirmation of order and 50% before final dispatch of goods.
Irrevocable Letter of Credit established through bankers (At Sight).

DELIVERY TIME

It usually depends upon number of items and volume of order. Our general Delivery Time is 4-6 weeks for normal orders and 6-8 weeks for bulk orders.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)

It depends on case to case for the set up of mutual business relations. We always accommodate our valued business partners at any cost. We treat our loved customers as our friends. However, our production department prefers MOO for 25 pieces of each item to complete the production process of batch smoothly.

STAMPING MARKING & PACKING

We mark the instruments with our name and logo (Zampasha brand) with the addition of stainless steel CE and date code. Marking is done by etching. Laser engraving is also available on small amount of extra charges. We also do the special marking according to the demand of our valued customers such as any name/brand/logo etc. we normally pack the goods in Polyethylene bags.  customized packaging is avail­able at small amount of extra charges upon special requirement of our valued customers.

TYPE OF FINISH

Our valued customers need to specify the type of finish for the surface of instru­ments along with an order. Otherwise, our routine finish is bright or dull/satin.

SHIPPING /DELIVERY ADDRESS

Complete shipping address along with telephone numbers is required along with purchase order to put the same on Performa invoice/order confirmation for the final confirmation to avoid any mishap or delay while shipping the goods.

SHIPMENTS

We recommend shipping the goods by our forwarders. In case of any nomination, the nominated agent will be responsible for the sate and secure delivery of goods. In case of ex-factory based shipments, our valued customers will be responsible to pay all the local charges at our end (shippe(s end) such as customs clearance and transportation etc. We will be responsible to pay the freight charges and all other local charges at our end in case of FOB, CNF and CIF deliveries. All the details such as weight, dimensions and number of cartons to be given by us before final dispatch, are approximate.

PRICE INCREMENT

We have the right to increase the prices by sending prior notice to our valuable customers. It becomes necessary when the cost of raw material is increased sufficiently; labor charges and all other overhead charges are increased adequately.

RETURN POLICY

Zampasha is aware of the facts and unforeseen event occurred in differ­ent parts like workmanship and standards. We do care your money as we care your health. All merchandise must have prior approval before being returned to us. Zampasha reserves the right to evaluate the condition of all returns.
